al affiliation Date Employments letter. I am writing to ascertain my acceptance of job I have been offered as an administrator at the agency. I am glad to inform you that I am willing to join and come part of our honored body. I feel very confident and more than determined that I will be able to contribution positively to the corporation. Our organization has issues to do with sanitation, employee training, and housing. Together with management I will discuss and come up with practical strategies for improving our lavatories within the organization. This is not the only corporation facing sanitation challenge. Moreover, among the strategies will include but not limited to the following: soliciting funds from the city-county which will be used to build new toilets. As well, the money will be used to improve the already EXISTING toilets. In the requisition, I will make it to the budgetary committee to be providing some amount in each financial year of doing maintaining such structures within our corporation. Obviously, this is a crucial consideration for the need of sanitation, that is, water and toilets are ranked top of any organization plan. As our local government is facing a challenge in providing housing to the employees under my efforts, I will try come up with more house to the golf managers. This denies the corporation opportunity to get revenue. Therefore, they will be relocated and for those who will be determined to stay back will be obliged to pay rent. This will be another source of revenue. Similarly, in the same course better employment and training strategies will be developed. The plans will include the following strategies. Firstly, training will be taken as an investment. The implementation of the training activities would be costly, but it is necessary for the increased productivity. The training will be targeting the needs of our employees and the needs of our corporation. In this particular strategy, the effort will be put in identifying specific skills that an employee requires improving the performance within the scheduled time. Hence, the company will invest n this in order get the optimal payback. The organization will establish and promote a learning culture. In these docket employees will get to improve their skills and needs. Hence, this will make them feel that they are part of the organization hence uplift the competitive nature of the corporation. Include management. Managers and company leaders will be brought on board with the new training initiative and explaining to them why it is necessary and a vital way to build support for the needed effort. The corporation will start small on the training. Some aspects of the training system will be tested with a tiny group of employees to gain feedback and improve the process for the training. Select high-quality instructors. The Corporation will ensure that the trainers hired professionals educators. To this effect, their material will be assessed to ensure that they can serve as useful resources in the future. Pick a suitable space. A training venue can strongly influence the quality of the learning. The company will make sure that the training areas have enough space and the needed equipment, such as computers. Clarification of your goals, Reason for training will be explained to employees so as they know the exact purposes for their training and how the objectives are connected to larger company goals. It will be made a Make a continuous process, there will be in-service which will continually update the employees on the emerging issues in the varies field. Finally, Track the results. A training program cannot be effective not unless the process is monitored its progress. A system will be developed to follow up the impact of training within the organization. The work is one which I have performed and, therefore, have the experience and confident that it will work. I look forward to working this good team. I appreciate the corporation confidence in me. Pyramid organization chart In a hierarchical corporation or office workers are ranked at various categories within the organization. In the pyramid form of organization chart every level is placed one above the other. At each level of the chain, one manager a number of employees directly answerable to him, within their power of control. A tall pyramid organization consists levels, and a flat hierarchical organization has a few. The chain of command, the way authority is organized is held a typical pyramid shape DIAGRAM Manager Departmental Managers Employees The diagram above shows a pyramidal hierarchy. In this hierarchy, senior managers will be at the top most and will be responsible for establishing strategy and overall activity direction. While middle managers have responsibility for a particular function such as finance or marketing. Chain Of Command and Employee roles a pyramid hierarchical organization chart clearly elaborates each employee’s role within the organization also defines the nature of their relationship with fellow employees. Hierarchical organizations are always tall with a narrow length of control, which gets wider downwards the structure. This is always centralized with the major significant decisions are taken by senior management. Hence there, office will take this form where the organization matters will be centralized. There will be little decentralization in sectors that that will be deemed necessary to improve the performance. Technology and Hierarchical Structures Organization’s offices and departments will be popular as organizations grow fat. This will ensure command and control as desired by top corporate managers. However with the advent of globalization and improvement in the use of technology, tall pyramidal organizations have started to downsize and lower their workforce. Therefore, the office will employ much of technology. The office will or group will not need much hierarchical structure though it will develop with time as needs will dictate. Decentralization of parking Decentralization is the process of r dispersing functions, powers, and people away from a central o authority or location In the capacity, I will decentralize powers to make a budget. The budget making process will be devolved into the hand of different departments. Every staff will be drafting their budget that will be brought and summed up to gather at the corporate level under the supervisions budget experts and government auditors. Their presence will be to oversee like over projection or misallocations. Hence, the budgeting committee will only have the work of follow-up on the implementation of the budget. Job qualifications of a manager, the manager must be educated at least is a degree holder. He or she must own good communication skills. Shrewdness, that is, to have the quality to judge, evaluate situations and decided on the appropriate action. Must possess leadership skills and have confidence to make him firm on his decisions and support his propositions. Job qualification for a supervisor include being critical, confidence, hardworking, educated, have the experience, time conscious. On the other had a low-level employee should be obedient, diligent, First, one needs to narrow stack of resumes down to few candidates. For example 10 or so top candidates. After putting in place all these, it will be time to begin setting up interviews. I will start by making a list of basic interview questions in prior. This will not be followed rigidly but will act as guidelines to ensure that the most important issues are addressed. The first moments of interviews are critical. As I meet the candidate and shake the hand, I will obtain a strong impression of his confidence, poise and enthusiasm. Qualities I will look for consist of a neat and clean appearance excellent communication skills and a friendly and enthusiastic manner. I keep the interviewee relaxed with a bit of fewer talk on neutral topics. This will be good way breaking the ice by describing the company its history and plans as well the nature of the job. Then proceed to the central section of the interview. You will want to ask about several general areas. Use a general open-ended question to open each area. For instance, "Tell me about the last job." Avoid yes or no questions or that prompt obvious responses, for instance, "Are you detail-oriented?" Instead, ask questions that seek details and will be felt by the interviewer, ask a question while avoiding those that can be answered by no or yes. For example, I can ask “how was your last job?” The questions I would ask are; If you could come up the design the right job for yourself, what are you likely to do and you do why? 1. What kind of work supervisor or supervisors makes the best work out of you? 2. How can you explain your current supervisor? 3. How do you organize your time? 4. What do you love about the current job? 5. What the three greatest accomplishments you made in last jobs? 6. What can you do that no one else can do in our company? 8Do you have strengths/weaknesses? 9. How far can you go in this company? Why? 10Have you hired workers before? If so, what qualities did you consider? Candidate’s responses would give me a clue to his or her attitude and sense of humor or knowledge. I will pay attention to the interviewee’s nonverbal cues, too. Finally, I will leave time at the end of the session for the applicant to ask questions. As they ask questions I will pay close attention to what they ask. End the interview by making the interviewees know what to expect next. I will make them know when they can hear from the company. A worker in an organization is often based on employee performance in their jobs within the organization. Their competence to handle various roles within the organization will earn workers promotions. An interpersonal skill makes workers develop one’s ability to lead a team. Hence, this will be a good yardstick for a development measure. Affirmation action is known to be the special consideration to women and minority. In my opinion, not the entire attention given to a formative work is equal and should be given considerations. Undoubtedly, this differs from one organization to another. Therefore, limited preference should be given to women and minority among the equal candidates. People should be selected for work based on their qualifications and merits but not discriminations on gender or even race. Indeed, the minority from the lower background are not assisted by this consideration. More still the action only fuels tension and hatred among the employees since some see other as those who are selected not due to a qualification but due to sympathy.
