Hegemony s According to standard theory, different people view things in a different way, thus creating social conflict, injustice and inequality in many aspects of social life, such as gender, age, race and religion. What happens most often is that people of privilege and power oppress people with less abilities. The difference in human nature is one of the most interesting and discussible point of modern sociology. It takes the first place in social organization and opens the aspects of the reality. The aim of this work is to describe the basic categories of human diversity and provide the necessary methods for the improvement of these differences within the population. The four main categories described in this work: gender, race, age and religion. The solution of the problems are based on the principles of Christianity. This paper is aimed to study the origin of the problems and provide the basic methods for their solution. It views them in terms of social location (the set of social categories, such as economic class, sexual orientation and so forth and its relation to the rest of the society) and situated knowledge (those learnings, which are influenced by the history and values of the person possessing it). “Gender is a socially imposed division of the sexes. It is a product of the social relations of sexuality” (Bartlett, K, 2002, 6). It states in the lowering of the positions of women and their bad treatment in terms of sex. In this situation the oppression is devoted to women, who are just the victims of different prejudice. Men are privileged in their rights and living conditions, concerning all spheres, for example work, education, family status and so forth. The conclusion of the program of the United Nations held in 1997 stated that no society treats a woman as equal as a man. The problem of gender inequality is one of the most sharp in the modern time. Even in developing countries, women often face with injustice, which is sometimes difficult to understand. The effect of this discrimination can appear in different spheres, for example: profession, restricted power for ownership, the freedom of getting married and divorced, the limited access to the political life, restricted sphere of education and so forth. Women face these problems during the long period of time. To take the political life, for example, it is officially stated that only 15.6% of women occupy the positions in world Parliaments. The solution of the problem lies in its historical root. “To be “good to work with” yourself, you need to be fast and thorough, but not so fast and thorough that you end up making things tougher for everyone else” (Ehrenreich, B., 2008, 194). Women have become as strong as a men recently. They do in for sport, they drive cars, they hire high positions. The decision lies in the correct perception of women’s nature. 80% of the heads of the enterprises are men. They should stop treat women as the individuals, who cannot bear responsibility and cope with different situations. Personally I can participate in different programs of the protection of women’s rights. The substantial speech about the necessity of providing women with proper rights will encourage people to participate and benefit in it. The society can use its force and influence the specific laws, restricting the position of women in the society. In terms of group it is also possible to organize different meetings and comities, providing women with the necessary help, especially those who face home violence and so forth. Race problems have been discussed for centuries. The problem states on the division of people into different racial groups and the domination of one group over the others. In this case the oppressed nations are those, which living conditions are lower than the acceptable standards, these are usually black people. The privileged are the citizens of successful countries with stable economy and good life conditions. The main hero of the program “Color of fear” stated: “I live in a world where black people, where Latinos, where Asians, where Arabs… experienced as “problem people” (Wah, L. M., 2013). This can be definitely visible for everyone, who is involved in the problems of society. The solution of the issue is concentrated on the people’s close communication. The prejudice about the skin color, or belonging to a particular culture are usually fake. It is important to give people a chance to show their individual advantages. I would solve this problem by means of arranging the programs for black people. For example, the group of the fighters against the racial segregation organize the voluntary working for the people from Africa and Asia. It can be a language school. They know English very well and are able to provide the improvement of speaking skills for those, who study it. This will give them the ability to present their working skills and pleasant communication manner. Consequently, the society will consider black people to be the part of their surrounding and this will provide equality within the nations. The society should be more patient for those who are not like them and behave in a more tactful way in relation to different ethnic groups. The term "ageism” represents the discrimination of a particular age group by the representatives of another one. The oppressors are mostly young people, who behave badly with the older ones. The victims are usually helpful pensioners and those who are over 50. Although “ageism” may refer to any age group, the most frequently discrimination is revealed in relation to the older people, who have the lowest status in the society. “We blind ourselves to the real-world conflicts that make fear an instrument of political rule and advance, deny ourselves the tools that might mitigate those conflicts, and ultimately ensure that we stay in thrall to fear” (Bader-Saye, S., 2007, 153). My personal solving of this problem includes the creating of the programs for interaction between students and the professors of different universities, who are retired, or representatives of the appropriate profession of the old age. The group work include the meetings provided for their intercommunication. The young generation will be able not only to communicate, but also apply the experience of older people, which bring the effect of tactful and respectful behavior. The problem solution lies in the insertion the idea in the mind of population that everyone will become old one day. It is necessary to treat the old people with respect as they faced all the difficulties of life. The individual approach also lies in serving the old people and helping them in everyday situations: to cross the road, to open the door and so forth. The reasons for religious diversity are based on different considerations and believes. It is revealed through the domination of one belief over another. The oppressed are people, who suffer for their faith, like Christianity. The privileged in this situation are the individuals, whose religion is considered to be recognized by the world and have strong structural hierarchy. The religious attitudes of the person are predetermined by his origin, the place where he lives, and the traditions which he face. Since ancient times religion was the apple of discord between many nations. Sometimes the issues of religion are closely connected with the political misunderstandings. The article “Rwanda Genocide” stated: “Religious factors were not prominent; the events was ethnically motivated” (2006, 4). But most of the representatives of Rwandans were Catholic. However, it is necessary to provide the information for the mass that world is full of different religions and everyone has his right to believe what he wants. Personally I think, the solving of this problem lies in the initial proper education. Children must learn the religions of the world during the school program, that is why, when they grow up they wouldn’t judge those, who possess different religions, they will understand that there are plenty of them in the world. The society must pay more attention to comparing and learning world religions in order to understand that they are closely connected and tight. Nowadays there are not many missioners, who go abroad to preach his face and learn the other religions. It is important to organize the missionary trips for the group of people in order to overcome the religious segregation among people. In conclusion, it is necessary to say that all misunderstandings can be solved only with the help of people’s interaction and temperance in relation to each other. Respect and understanding are the basic principles of Christianity and humanity. References Bader-Saye, S. (2007). Following Jesus in a culture of fear. Grand Rapids, MI: Brazos Press. Bartlett, K.
