The African Americans face some social effects that originate from the residential segregation that results to the influence their behavior. The individuals who have been discriminated against by the getting the housing loans they tend to be slow in getting assimilated to aspects like speaking English. The inability to speak English as a result of high levels of the desegregation of the societies. The social networks are also created that make the segregated people develop their class that feels that it does not belong to the elite group.

The segregated communities do not get the quality education because the places that they turn to after being disappointed after being denied to acquire loans for the housing are not supported by the federal government as the resident of the whites. The areas that are habited by the African Americans lack the diversity and integration schools. The real estate market has greatly perpetuated the growth of the unequal educational opportunities. The major reason for the inequality of the education opportunities is the fact that the suburban offer quality education compared to the remote areas.

The suburban areas are not accessible by the minorities thus they cannot access the quality education. The racial avoidance of the threats that are directed towards the African Americans results in racial segregation. Poverty is another problem that is faced by the African-Americans who are discriminated and fails to get the loans to acquire housing in well up places.
