These children, provided they do not have stable health condition due to malnutrition could be the primarily carrier of infectious or deadly diseases in the future, which could be a great risk for the state.
One thing for sure that affects these children can be attributed to the economic status of the state. Many households are vulnerable to suffer from poverty once the economic aspect is hit by the hard times. In line with this, there should be some mitigating factors and in fact, emergency actions that should seek to address the concern of poverty that may hit at any time.
