Articles in this post give a brief description of international gender issues. It therefore educates both men and women on gender issues affecting them and how deal with these issues. It exhibits a high level of journalism ethics since it is one-sided; that is, it is not biased on one side of gender. It does not articulate any difference in gender issues affecting developing countries and the developed ones. The post clearly states that a whooping 100 percent of women interviewed say that they experience gender bias at their places of work. It further reports that in cases where women have same skills like their men counterparts, men are always given the first priority when it comes to being hired. The post further explores the gender stereotypes that are entrenched in different places of work by shining a spotlight on industries that have remained stubbornly male oriented despite the federal interventions (Ansary & Doane).
