Such crimes need to be recognized as political or civil emergency since they are against human rights. However, despite the increased cases of these abuses, women rights are still not termed as human rights. This is both practically and theoretically problem because it negatively affects the way other people view the rights and issues in the society. Since the year 1948, the international community has been debating on distinct interpretations concerning human rights due to global development.

The aim of this paper is outline the reasons why human rights and human rights are viewed as different and recommends various approaches to change this situation.
