Immigration facilities are available in all the countries but there are several rules and policies of each country respectively as the customs and traditions are different therefore the policies also differ in some content and some parts are same also. The Central Asian migrations to Kazakhstan can be divided into three categories: daily, temporary, and permanent. The first takes place notably in the border regions of southern Kazakhstan, where an increasing number of Uzbeks commute to work on the Kazakh side of the border during the day, and return home at evening.
Regular border closures and administrative complications at customs thus trigger strong tensions among villagers who have become economically dependent on being able to cross the border. The future or the presiding difficulties have emerged since its independence; Kazakhstan has been confronted with social, economic and population crises. To overcome population crisis and revive its nation, the Kazakhstan Government worked out its immigration policy, aiming to attract Kazaks abroad. "The Law of Immigration" is the primary and fundamental one.
In implementing the Law, however, problems arose such as the difficulty in naturalization, employment and language obstacles, which resulted chiefly from the current imperfect laws, immature policies for society and economy, backward management, official corruption, and neglect of immigrant culture. This paper points out that the Kazak Government, to further enforce its immigration policy, has to develop its economy, perfect its laws, negotiate with countries concerned about immigration issues, and pay special attention to the socio-cultural research in immigration.
The main problem in immigration is Kazakhstan is that the residents reside in the village areas and they do not understand the meaning of tourist therefore the government is pressurized by the estate owner and the village owners that th tourists should not e allowed in their premises as they think that the tourists might snatch their fore father’s property from them and leave them bare handed. The phenomenon has actually encouraged the government in issuing only legal immigrations and avoiding illegal transactrions.
On several occasions, the government has even stated that its citizens are not in competition for work with migrants because the latter fill a specific social niche, as they take the poor paying jobs refused by Kazakhstani citizens. The court also has given permission only for the legal practice and has condemned the illegal issuance of immigration. There might be several changes in the immigration facilities of the country. The changes might be in the issuance of the immigration and the policy of the immigration.
The government of Kazakhstan should become flexible enough to work out with the people and make a flexible and make it easier for the people to get the immigration.Towards conclusion there are some recommendations such as the facilities and the ministry should make an easier plan for the immigration facilities for the country. Locals as well as foreigner should be given the privilege of the immigration facility. The government should not be so tough in giving the immigration. It should welcome the tourists and the villagers should change their opinion regarding the tourists in order to enhance the country and as well as the economy of the country.
