The author has observed that the combination of the integrity and character will eventually result in the creation of the leadership, the leadership which shall develop a vision for the community. However such actions require coherence of opinion, strategy, and code of implementation, thus focus shall be over the future state, and the final destination shall be ignored, because the future itself is the transition, and shall never be considered as the eventual end to struggle, development, and quest, the terminology future state has its significance and interpretation.

The temporary destinations for each state being decided as goals shall be implemented incoherent manner, the article has emphasized the concept of 'end in mind'. The concept requires destination, in the absence of that the transformation from one state to another is not feasible. The concept regarding the vision shall be strengthening through destination for each state, and it shall grow from a personal or organizational approach to a universal approach. The balance between the concerns mentioned by Deming is achievable through destination, therefore the concept of destination is applicable to every state, and no final destination is expected to make a plan for the future which has been referred by Peter Senge.

The Senge has proposed upon the basis of his understanding of the final destination, and his proposals shall be considered a reflection of reality, in which he has emphasized over the concept of shared vision, however, the concept of shared destination has been considered void.The development of the vision is based upon the requirements of the individual transformation, and the complexity in the learning is expected to get simplified soon after the element of chance in incorporated in the vision, for the modification.

Such modification will assist in the transformation by diluting the influence of ambiguity. The character and the discipline are considered to be the innate qualities and shall be acquired during the learning phase. In this regard, educational administrators can play a crucial and supportive role in the development of visions through methods of education. The introduction of the desired and positive changes shall be possible through the designing of the destinations for the respective subject, whereas the element of creativity and innovation shall be incorporated.
