As such, organizations, including Micah’s organization, are prone to change in order to attain goals and objectives. Technology has been the key player towards improvement in the performance level of organizations. This is because technology has aided in attainment of efficiency in organizations, as well as higher production rates. Organizations evolvement has also focused on performance of duties among employees. This has changed from individualism to team based performance of duties. As such, productivity is viewed as a dependent factor on team performance rather than an individual’s performance.

On the same note, organizations have eliminated some level of hierarchy in terms of management, which have eased bureaucracy in organizations. Therefore, Micah’s organization has to evolve by adopting current levels of technology, attaining flexibility in organization operations, eliminating hierarchy levels, which are redundant and establishing an effective working environment. This is because technology will improve efficiency, performance, management, and communication system in the organization while reduction of hierarchy levels will let employees feel that they operate at an equal level in the organization. . On the same note, modern organization jobs are more reliant on current levels of technology instead of manual labor.

As such, former organizations focused more on the success rate of individuals and they had several levels of hierarchy, which have been eliminated in the current century organizations. This illustrates that current organizations have embraced teamwork, and there is more openness in the performance of job roles and operations in organizations, in comparison to the past century organizations.
