Research Argument INTRODUCTION The developments in Human Rights and its status have altered from the existing situations over the years, based on the needs of the society and the strategic integration of the processes. This has been noted as developing the overall attributes associated with the needs of the social specifications and thereafter, creating a diverse approach within the social system. Based on the complex social scenario prevalent within a nation, the definitions and security of the system has been changing over the years. This has been largely identified as inclined towards improving the existing situation of the modern society and is also aligned with the needs of maintaining a diverse and complex social system. The prolonged needs of the security has further been identified as a major issue for several countries that are often observed as vulnerable due to the exposures they face for the countries and create a diverse edge within the social system. Nevertheless, there have been several issues witnessed as hindering the status of human rights within the social domain and hence, noted as affecting the different approaches integrated within the system overall. Human Rights have been a general concept that covers major issues such as human trafficking, forced child labor, and rape among others. Thus, for defending the overall security of a nation, managing these issues associated with Human Rights are of prime need. Thesis Statement. The diverse and complex states imposed by the status of human rights are noted as creating severe amount of complications in maintaining a transparent system. With this concern, the research paper tends to provide a better insight towards the complex conceptual integration of human rights for the successful management of the issues associated with the needs of maintaining a defensive approach towards human rights. An underlying notion that will be considered in the discussion hereunder emphasizes human rights having a major role to determine the overall state of a nation, as it covers a diverse range of aspects involving the social needs for maintaining the overall social system in the most appropriate manner. ISSUES OF HUMAN RIGHTS Human rights have been defined under different genres and in different situations, although the status attached with the term has remained similar and focused on developing its multiple dimensions efficiently. Assessing the complex social system of the modern human civilization, the status of people has been vulnerable owing to the enforcement of a multidimensional political decision making process. For instance, war has been a social dogma identified as affecting the complexities associated with the system in dealing with the diverse needs arising as a consequence of the ill practices involved throughout the process, in terms of human trafficking and other dogmas (Busza, Castle and Diarra 1369-1371). The following sections hereunder contribute to a proper understanding about the different aspects of human right defiance, occurring in the global as well as in the local arenas. At the onset, concentrating on human trafficking, the rate has been an increasing ailment, miserably evident in almost every nation around the globe. Human trafficking, specifically for women class as well as children, has been a sole recourse for the arousal of the global market of sex workers. Emphasizing on a similar issue, Feingold (2005) commented that human trafficking has been evident within the different societies as well as countries. This concept was further justified with the basic economic assertion by Kara that trafficking has been prominent within the constraints of the social system since the initial years of the labor system (66-71). Commendably, Kara addresses a diverse range of attributes in respect to the global economy, which are deemed to be associated with the system, and thus, have been non-negligibly noted as intensely affecting the mode of transportation among children (68-71). However, this mode of transportation for supporting the needs of labor as well as sex workers is noted as affecting the social system largely and thereafter, degrading the overall efficiency of the social system. The health issues and spread of endemic diseases have also been evident for this type of forceful trafficking of people (Stewart 101-103). It is worth noting in this context that the concepts associated with the needs of the social system have been creating a diverse range of demands from the human rights management model. Perhaps, it has been owing to such diversity in application that management of sex trafficking rates have become a complex phenomenon and has been hindering the status as well as the security of the people within the social arena on the whole. This has further increased pressure on personnel bestowed with the decision making power must from within the political and/or the social fields (Feingold 27-31). With the changing system of social management, such activities although have altered in terms of the techniques through which these offences are executed, but the same exists at the similar level of heinous and desperate standard, with no relief in the way it affects the conditions of people living within a society. Another major ailing attitude that has been creating a huge blockage within the development of human rights of people are identified as the rising issues associated with the instances of “rape” among the war victims. In a recent publication by Rauhala, titled “Rape as a Weapon of War: Men Suffer, Too”, the author comments rape as the common term used for sexual violence committed against women, who have been successful in altering self from its initial state of definition. However, in the modern scenario, such propensity of rape victimization is no more limited to a specific gender, but is found to be expanding among different age-groups, genders, social classes and ethnic groups. The article hence reflected on the issues of sexual violence committed by men on men at vulnerable situations like wars. In support of the arguments made, the article emphasizes evidences that even though males are less likely to be raped at the time of conflict than women, the number of men who have faced such issues shall not be neglected. The reports thus reflected on the fact that almost 80% of the male inmates in Sarajevo have faced sexual violence while being imprisoned (Rauhala “Rape as a Weapon of War: Men Suffer, Too”). In this regard the article published in the “The Huffington Post” put up a burning issue that was disrupting the social system of Congo and termed it to be “Sexual terrorism”. Thus, it may be appropriately noted that the complexities associated with the needs of social development are increasing continuously and are creating a demanding situation for people to maintain such social constraints as apparent within the social system (Ensler “Ten Radical Acts for Congo in the New Year”). Commendably with the blend of societies there has been substantial progression associated with the management of the system. The complicated link between the societal setup has further been affecting the political decision making and hence, creating a backlog for the development of the social dimensions. This could be largely noted as disrupting the needs of the society and creating particular challenges for managing any vulnerable situation persistent within the society (Rauhala “Rape as a Weapon of War: Men Suffer, Too”). The advancement of technology has also been acting as a catalyst, wherein the negative social system has massively hindered the status of people, creating a complex social system strongly supportive towards the spread of such stigmas. The ease of communication, on the other hand, has fueled the growth of social dogmas, such as sex trafficking and forced child labor that has nullified the effectiveness of the security systems of different nations. On a larger context, it can be argued that nations are failing to track such ill stigmas, which in turn has been enhance the degree of exposure to such crimes as well as to other aligned dogmatic approaches. Thus, it should be noted that the different social systems and the decision makers must put up an injunction to ban such crimes and build support towards safeguarding the human rights of every people in contradiction to such acts (Busza, Castle and Diarra 1369-1371). ANALYSIS OF THE ISSUES Importance of Defending Human Rights. With growing awareness, people are today more likely to understand the importance of protecting human rights and the need of raising voice for safeguarding the needs associated with protecting their individual rights and social security. Human rights not only help in safeguarding and structuring the developments associated with the social system, but also help in formulating the extent to which an individual can safeguard the needs and rights bestowed by the nation (United Nation 1-10). Human rights of every nation are closely linked with the fundamental rights existent within the country and thereby, create a diverse edge to the development of the society, indulging the mode of living for an individual. On the contrary, for issues such as human trafficking and other physical assaults, it can be duly defended with the use of these social rights that a person enjoys. Correspondingly, with globalization, huge alterations were observed in the life style choices, wherein many nations were able to alter the human rights details to meet with the changing needs of the people (United Nation 13-23). Trafficking and instances of such heinous crimes can be efficiently dealt with the effective use of defensive measures through human rights development. By reducing such discriminations based on race and caste among others, would hence prevent social estrangement and help in developing the essence of life. With augmenting awareness concerning the situations of slavery, such conducts can be minimized from both the local and global social systems, with the progression of the standard of living among people (Bhalla, Burley, Ibrahim, Nowakowski and Pruce 1-20). The decision makers of the society, also involving the government, must be taking up measures to develop an adequate standard for minimizing such occurrences. Steps must also be initiated to develop a secure system for children and other vulnerable masses within the social domain with relation to sexual offenses. Parallel to this, the citizens of the society must also be guided towards increasing the consciousness concerning social security and developing a voice against the social system (Bhalla, Burley, Ibrahim, Nowakowski and Pruce 22-36). Government’s Responsibility towards Human Rights. The diverse governmental rights are also noted as having eminent needs of developing the overall system aimed at managing the social domain and enhancing the security procedures associated with the system. The diverse needs of management of the social system are hence noted as creating a diverse edge and increasing the effectiveness of the system overall. It is worth mentioning in this context that the victims of human trafficking are often noted as transported across borders and the local brothels or other such illegal organizations. It has also been noted from reports presented in the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, titled “Human Trafficking and the Role of Local Governments”, that pilots and other people associated with transportation are also among the most active participants for trafficking. To combat these forces, the local government needs to play a pivotal role in reducing the instances of such vulnerabilities and any kind of hindering approaches of the system. It has also been identified by United Nations Institute for Training and Research that by empowering the local government system the people of the nation will be safeguarded from the vulnerable impacts of the social system (United Nations Institute for Training and Research, “Human Trafficking and the Role of Local Governments”). With the initial development of the system, it is evident that the governments of both national as well as at the global levels must be developing a strict system that would prevent from such security breaches and prevent vulnerability for individuals as well as the society on the whole. The government must also be taking crucial steps to stop the different movements of the system and increase the overall effectiveness of the same, simultaneously creating a diverse set of security needs of the individuals (Gilmer1-10). The government of the local as well as global state must also be developing the strategic effectiveness of the system and increasing the need of security of the people residing within a nation. With the increased status of issues related to crime prevalent and the organized nature of committing such offences have even hinted towards developing an effective system by the government to enhance the security of the nation and thereafter develop the society on the whole (Gilmer1-10). CONCLUSION The overall domain of human trafficking has been increasing with the complexes evident within the society. The societal complexities are thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the system and creating a diverse edge within the security process that is evident within the social domain, which is currently observed at a vulnerable trend to a greater extent. The lack of proper understanding among the people and lesser exposure to the knowledge of human rights are noted as creating some demanding situations within the social system. The government of the nations, those are exposed to such crimes, must therefore be putting up injunctions to formally block the international borders and develop the social domain attached with the system on a continuous basis. Correspondingly the government of the state should be having a multidimensional structure to meet with the needs for training people and making them acquainted with sufficient awareness concerning their different human rights. Expectedly, these would protect the people from possible vulnerabilities of the society and would also prevent from further exposure to several such dogmas and health oriented epidemics. Additionally, this would also prevent from the diverse range of management and enhance reliance on the existing social system. Thus, it can be concluded that by enhancing the government obligations, the people will be able to manage the complex social domain and enhance the effectiveness of the existing system of the management of the societal needs.
