In reality, the largest group of people who are disabled are basically those with learning difficulties, for instance, cognitive impairments, and most of those who are physically impaired are women, whose ages are over 60 years of age, they usually have chronic or progressive conditions illnesses like, arthritis or multiple sclerosis, they rarely use wheelchairs and in a lot of times they feel unwell. There are disabled people who feel pressured, in the pursuit of disability advocacy they feel the pressure with their desire to change the attitudes bounded in the society, to express that they are healthy and in high spirits and to make people feel that they don’t intend to seek out a cure for their impairments.

For many people who are not disabled, unhappiness is the meaning of disability or they connote disability to suffering or tragedy. Disabled people find it very provoking to convince others that they are happy because they knew for a fact that normal people think they are miserable. In the medical perspective, disability is defined as a negative variation, from the point of physical custom that unavoidably disadvantages the physically separate subject of life and its quality. In classic medical thinking, disability is a physical condition, it is intrinsic to the individual, it diminishes the quality of life and causes very evident disadvantages, a person being disabled is different from what is normal and accepted, his condition is thought to be less desirable, a just society will allocate resources to cure disabilities and those in the medical profession, is accountable for helping those who are disabled. In human rights or social model, the definition is focused on carrying out as an interaction between a person and their environment, stressing the role of a society in classifying, causing or preserving disability within that society, counting through attitudes or ease of access favoring the majority.

Disabilities may come up to people during their life or people may be born naturally disabled.
