The framework provides an opportunity to move the policy issue in the government agenda. The framework is helpful in developing strategies that is applicable for different policy areas and analyse how the policies are framed in case of lack of self-interest of the individuals. The Kingdon model analyses the situation in which the issues are involved in the political agenda and puts certain problems at the different level of priority. The castle setting is a constant in Gothic literature where conspiracy and murder are spawned in Inverness castle, Macduff's castle and King Duncan's castle. The weather is dark and stormy. Thunder reverberates and periodically, lightning strikes. Usually, inclement weather is a mis-en-scene tactic utilized by many traditional gothic writers.
