The comparative approaches in the social sciences have always been in existence, contrary to natural science, which think of themselves in their approach, the changes are seen to be taking place in modern society are opening up a new dimension for them and try to justify broader scope. Urban sociology and development took place over time through human civilization and human activities. According to mulligan, the characteristics of human activities over space are certainly uneven. On the other hand, Tiebout states that the main reason for the development of urbanism is economic activities and the policies implemented that helps in the promotion of residential mobility (Tiebout, pg. 416).
