Besides, Mann seems to indulge in the love she has for her children. On the other hand, the Demaree’s are a couple who seems to be intimately involved with the growth of her children (Gardiner, 2009). She takes the photos of her children within the confines of a mother’s love thereby heralding her work as a moral undertaking. In addition, the children are relatively young for their images to be considered sexually provocative. Mann and Demaree’s actions, however, are a disposition for harm to their children and other young ones.

In as much as their seemingly noble intentions might excuse their work from the immoral label, nude photography of children may attract sexual offenders to children. An individual with a flawed perception of the photos is highly likely to view them as erotic thereby increasing the chances of a sexual offense on children. In addition, since the couples did not have the informed consent of their children, the children may grow to view such photos as harmful to their beings. This, however, is a complex argument in the face of parental love.
