The Gubernatorial Race According to informed sources, since the last gubernatorial voter registration over the past years, there has been an incumbent increment of voter turnouts for both major parties eyeing the gubernatorial seat in California. The voters are affiliated to different political parties that are on a high contest that is; the Democrats, the Republicans and the Independents with most of the voters being whites.
