Extract of sample "Historical Information about Friend"

I asked me friend what goes with the beer and the liquors, and he mentioned fatty foods such as pork chops and beef. In addition, he consumes more than a pack of a cigarette when he engages in his drinking binges.I also asked him if he squeezes in a schedule for exercise to balance things out. He replied he does not care. If somebody will ask him to play golf, he would go if he is in the mood but not as a scheduled exercise. My conclusion and assessment:My friend is a potential nutrition risk and I am worried that his lifestyle will take its toll on his body soon.

He abuses his body with his drinking binge and unhealthy eating habit. I do not think that he has a strong immune system to balance all the abuses his body is taking. He smokes a lot and does not exercise. It will be just a matter of time that either a heart or lung disease will catch on him.
