 Creg Seager has great contributions in the world and has made his activities known y the world. He portrays great managerial skills that are in guidance by the word of God and every individual has the opportunity to learn from him. Leadership is a responsibility that requires absolute concentration and passion in the specified area. There are many leaders in the world, but a few leaders are outstanding in their responsibilities. From the readings, it is clear to conclude that contemporary Christian leadership is a sacred calling to an individual. Creg Seager is brought about as a contemporary Christian as he has done great things with his skills as a nurse. He travels to different countries preaching the word to the needy and providing medical services. Creg Seager takes the responsibility of helping in bringing glory to God. It means that the Creg Seager takes the jurisdiction of conducting and giving instructions and acting as an example of the best ways of praising and worshipping God (Covrig, 2007) Creg Seager demonstrates that time is important resource that cannot be reversed if put into bad use at any cost that makes it vital. In any organization time is the key factor determining what is to be done at what time and what achievements are to be in place before or after a specific time. Time management helps achieve specific achievements within a given period. A manager should have good management skills to ensure that there is consistency within the organization. An effect leader delegates staff into doing specific duties within a given time frame. It helps in identifying priorities, avoiding multitasking and reducing disruptions. To demonstrate this, when a leader has good time management skills, he/she can divide tasks among the employees, accomplish certain priorities first and gives ample time for every activity. Creg has proven to be an efficient time manager by performing different tasks at specific time. This is brought about by the location of adequate time to visits in different countries. His travel to the countries turns to be a blessing to many as he mentors and provides biblical studies to the people. However, it shows that Creg has a schedule for all his future activities that work well and therefore great managers should adopt planning strategy (Baldwin, 2013) Creg has different abilities as a result of cross-training that refers to the process by which employees are subjected to training that helps them in having measures that are of high control in management purposes. The aim of cross-training is to strengthen the oversight of employees that assists them in gaining qualities that would not be underachievement through employee interactions. Cross-training has some advantages that include: • It gives the employees the knowledge of how other organizations carry out their activities • Helps the employees eliminate non-productive ways of performing their jobs • Increases intellectual capacity of the employees in the particular field of specialization • Creates confidence among the employees due to the extent of exposure in the particular field • The employee has the advantage of improving the performance of his/her current state than before the cross-training The main reason that Creg has his great oversight abilities in management is that as a medical staff, abilities of analyzing different situations are vital. For example, Creg as a medical staff contains the knowledge of understanding the morbidity together with mortality rates of a given location. He contains the understanding of how health issues vary from gender to income levels and therefore understands how to handle different individuals. Understanding the different organizations that are responsible for funding health care agendas is not new to Creg as a medical staff. The medical staff is in subject to different training lessons that help to understand and analyze current happenings and be able to predict future occasions (Seager, 2010) Creg as a founder of different organizations and a member as well in great positions understands the importance of critical thinking. Critical thinking in simple terms refers to the process of engaging intellectual thoughts in determining a suitable conclusion to a situation. The situation might be work oriented or personal, and it depends on the situation at hand. All organization managers or generally employees need to have in them the aspect of critical thinking to enhance an informed and reliable decision.it is with no doubts that the success of Creg are as a result of the incorporation of high involvement of critical and creative thinking. He analyses the results of his decisions before implementing his plans and takes his time. It means that a good or bad decision conclusion has an implication for the organizations that look up to him. As a result of the critical thinking application of Creg the employees have confidence in him as well as the world in general. Critical thinking greatly helps when it comes to the situation of problem-solving. There are important points Creg as a leader considers when problem-solving situation arises, and the points include (Paul, 2007) 1. Creg considers problems as obstacles towards achievement of set target, goals, and objectives 2. He singles out a problem and in each problem state it in a clear manner 3. Obtains necessary information of the problem/problems and single out problems that can be solved and the problems that cannot be solved. However, he Studies clearly solvable problems obtaining means by which can be done to rectify the controllable problems 4. Obtains the necessary information that is needed for the problem 5. Selects the important information and make necessary conclusions from the information at hand 6. identifies the restrictions arising, for example, money restriction and since he contains the knowledge of the specific organizations responsible of funding his operations, it becomes easier for him 7. In each and every decision he highlights the advantages and the limitations 8. Settles to the best solution for the analysis 9. Monitors the progress of the decision adopted carefully and improves it in any necessary options (Paul, 2007) However when decision making is involved, there has to be critical thinking and the elements of thoughts should be put into considerations. Some of the elements of thought that are in believe to be applied by Creg as a result of his success includes: i. Identifies the purpose, objective or goals that are involved in his implementation plans i.e. helping the sick ii. When a problem is experienced, he identifies and studies the problem iii. Obtains adequate information and data, both quantitative and qualitative before going to any location he studies the problems affecting the region iv. Makes suitable evaluation to the information and makes conclusion aiming at improving well-being of people The bible advocates for selflessness that is having the heart to serve others without demanding any payments in return. However, it insists that human beings should show empathy to other human beings as a means of serving God. Jesus did influence individuals to worship in truth and spirit and motivated them. The bible advocates for good influence and motivation to humans by other humans through teachings and personal experiences. It is important that human beings greatly observe the teachings of the Bible. Leadership models refer to guides suggesting particular heading ways to behave under particular environments. Some of the leadership models that Creg incorporates in his doings include (Baldwin, 2013) a) Transformational model This model involves individuals with the capability of influencing others on their perceptions and expectations. Creg manages to take the world through his kind heart of helping the people in need spiritually and real life. He teaches the word of God and through his nursing skills, advocates for better health conditions by helping the sick like he helped a woman who had had an abortion. b) Situational Model Creg has brought about organizations that have the bases from the challenges that people from different parts of the world face. It helps at specializing in the activities that will rectify the limitation. This model depends on the occasion or a task that needs to be cleared, and it was developed by Paul Hersey who was a professor and at the same time an author. c) Business leadership model Great revenues are under achievement by Creg as a result of the organizations he creates. The revenues are to help in performing the activities of the organization that mainly involve helping the oppressed. From the understanding of this model it aims at improving the business stability and performance hence the name business model. Creg has had the stability of performing his transformational activities with minimal challenges as a result of public support and appreciation. The models portray a great difference depending on various occasions and the purpose they serve. For example business model aims at making the business stable while the situational model is used depending on the duty or job at hand. It is justifiable to conclude that the models serve different purposes. Creg has proven to be a servant for people and God at the same time through his activities. Helping the needy and ensuring that people understand the word of God is true servant ship.
