From Good to Evil in the Creation - Essay Example

Genesis contained information that professed the creation of the earth and how God acknowledged that the creation was ultimately good in its entirety (Biblica, Inc.). In Genesis 2, God was revealed to have created the first man, Adam and the first woman. It is also here that it was disclosed that there is a tree of the knowledge of good and evil, from which man was prohibited to eat its fruits from. Thus, the mention of evil started to be identified from this tree of knowledge and it allegedly separated God from his creation by identifying it as prohibited to his creation.

God separated from a man due to their disobedience, and the serpent separated from the man for allegedly deceiving the woman and being the root cause for broken relationships. Finally, in Genesis 4, another broken relationship ensued from jealousy between brothers Cain and Abel.
