All these above described personality disorders are a sort of unstable mental conditions that present different behaviors and attitudes in diverse situations. Such type of mental conditions hinders the performance and commitment of the individual towards the assigned tasks that declines his or her productivity to a significant extent as well. Moreover, this paper also describes the different causes for which the above mentioned personality disorders take place in the individual of this age. Personality disorder is described as a sort of mental behavior or experience, entirely deviated from original one. Such type of disorders arises within the attitudes and personalities of the individual because of excess involvement in the rules, regulations, policies and strategies of an organization.
