Me: Unfortunately I require the correct edition the soonest time possible. In fact, I want to use the book in less than a weeks’ time. Actually, it will be very unfortunate if I will not receive the correct edition in good time. In essence, failure to get the correct edition in good time will inconvenience my studies and program for this session. In this regard, I will humbly request the company to do all the necessary and ensure that the correct edition is sent within two days. Apparently, my course relies heavily on the content and concepts presented in the edition I ordered before. Therefore, I cannot afford to start my studies without the correct version of the book.

If the right book is not sent in time, I will have to postpone my admission or delay the commencement of the classes. Having said this, it is my assumption that you now understand the importance of the book to my studies. Therefore, the book needs to be sent within the soonest time possible to avoid inconveniencing my study program. In this regard, I plead with the company’s management to make the necessary arrangement so that I can receive the book in good time.
