The first indicator of successful treatment is client satisfaction with the kind of services offered. However, regarding job management at the health facility, managers should embrace a fair system of allocating duties to therapists to ensure they are balanced and no particular clinic has its employees overworked. Thus, a balanced schedule will see each therapist work for the recommended amount of time; thus, avoiding cases of fatigue, stress, and heavy workload, which jeopardizes the quality of services that are provided to the clients. Moreover, quality services are often associated with successful patient recovery, and thus, to enhance the same, therapists should be accorded an enabling work environment to enable them to accomplish their work (Hogan, Przybylowicz, and Vacek, 2013).
