A best self-behaviors result to better results in the workplace such as increased customer loyalty or good relations with fellow workers. On the other hand, shadow self-behaviors, while being both predictable and preventable; often result in quarrels in the workplace and even dismissals.Effective leadership is thus a factor of PRINTS that an individual manifests. Understandably, people have both major and minor prints but only one of them becomes dominant. This has the implication that people can exhibit elements of several prints.

However, it is impossible to exhibit behaviour of every print. Also, some behaviour tends to be common among different prints but fail to be the motivation behind them. Another critical lesson learnt is that no print is superior to the other as all of them stand a chance of generating effective leaders. While each individual posses their own prints, it sometimes difficult to assess personal prints with a high degree of accuracy. Therefore, in order to best understand one’s print, it is always best to ask a friend to help in the description.

As earlier on mentioned, Best self PRINTS are desirable and as they result to better results in terms of interpersonal relationship, job performance, and perfection of experiences. On the other hand, shadow self behaviours are undesirable and they tend to occur automatically in moments that are for instance stressful. It is possible to identify these potential shadow behaviours and consciously work on them so as to prevent their occurrence in the future.The lessons learned from this exercise on PRINTS are valuable when it comes to leading people as well as in effectively communicating.
