Mainly because the natural laws of nature do not allow for the subjection of another being to such humiliating acts. Legally, it is the right of every human being to be treated with dignity. Internationally, such treatment of women is prohibited by law. Morally, the subjection of women as tools is immoral. The acts, the pictures, and the language itself are immoral. No sane human being would consider pornographic material and content as morally correct. Pornography tends to defy all logic and rationality when it comes to morality. If it is immoral, then there should be laws and regulations to curb its consumption by the public and its acting by the actors. Ethically, pornography has been subject to much debate. Rules and regulations should be set based on ethical reasoning. Ethically, it is wrong to let the general population view pornographic acts as it may result in people among that population trying out the acts they view. This interferes with the social norms. (Downing and Saxton 76).
