The workshop’s main aim is to encourage participants to share their sentiments, thoughts, and experiences, in a bid to end this prevalent challenge. The team of facilitators from diverse racial backgrounds assisted with the workshop, providing useful information such as topics regarding racism, its origin and effects, and ways in which perpetrators can mete it to its unknowing victims. The workshop also provided measures, which an individual can employ towards, prevailing over this societal predicament (Blea 127).

The center accomplishes this, following an 8-evening format, each having a 2-hour training session. Besides, facilitators may employ evening sessions, depending on various groups’ special needs. Moreover, the organization has achieved tremendous results, covering over 40 states and 2 nations, in an attempt to reach out to individuals that spread this valuable message.

The facilitators provided the participants with a film that taught about racism, its ill effects, and methods that they could employ to do away with the challenge. This film, which is a 3-day 2-or session all the participators with useful information regarding the dilemma, ad ways in which individuals ought to employ to alleviate it.
In addition, all the participants underwent another session that taught about racism sources, and how racism has justified its biases. Moreover, the workshop taught us about the various forms of racism. As such, the manuscript will look into these forms, thereby giving procedures, which individuals may apply to eliminate the plague (Blea 129).

The workshop taught about racism based on ethnic background. This occurs mainly in people who migrate to foreign habitats, where their background is unfamiliar o these habitats. The workshop emphasized its significance globally, and particularly in various parts of the US, where their Whites counterparts bias the Blacks, based on their complexion (Blea 128).

Another form of racism is religious discrimination, where the natives discriminate against other settlers since they do not follow the same religion. Additionally, the workshop taught about individuals who prejudice against others, anchored in their gender beliefs. This mainly affected males from various global communities. Additionally, there was racism based on cultural beliefs (Blea 129). Moreover, the workshop taught about people who have prejudice over others, anchored in their abilities and economic and social classes.
The workshop had a significant impact on all the participating parties. For instance, it was through the workshop that I learned about the pervasiveness of racism in contemporary societal settings. Additionally, the workshop taught a meaningful lesson about the ill effects of racism. Moreover, we learned of ways that individuals may employ to eradicate this predicament. Read More
