The Big Five Models Task This study explores the big five models and how it aids in the best job search (Perugini & Raad 2002). My responses based on reflection of the summary to the choices of the big five models are discussed aptly below.1I am an extrovert, which I rate high, since I prefer an occupation where I continually engage with people (Perugini & Raad, 2002). The time I joined elementary school, other learners were shy because of the new experience. Nevertheless, I had made two friends, and I registered for the school choir auditions by the end of the school day.

2I rate my leadership qualities as high, since I have a strong urge to be in control of situations and give directions to people. (Perugini & Raad, 2002). An example is the incidents that happened after I ventured the school choir. I volunteered to distribute books and divide the class in groups after the choir master asked if anyone could help in allocating music books. Henceforth, I headed the school choir.3I thrive on variety and change which I rate as medium (Perugini & Raad, 2002). Times have changed; therefore one must learn to move with trends and try new things.

One time I worked as a volunteer in a bakery which only sold bread, I managed to convince the owner to include other baked products as a way of giving customers a variety of products.4I rate my assertiveness as high, since I always go after what I want (Perugini & Raad, 2002). When I joined the bakery shop which baked bread only, I tried convincing the owner to try other products to no avail. One day he went to town, I baked biscuits and pies which increased sales, and he agreed.5I rate my imaginative capacity as high, since I frequently come up with new ideas and suggestions (Perugini & Raad, 2002).

After heading the school choir, I decide to change the uniform and music style because they looked old fashioned.Job TypeThe job that best fits my personality is a leadership position like a manager in any firm. The rationale behind the idea of being a manager is because the job needs an individual who is assertive, imaginative, and an extrovert. The individual has to be creative and have control. The assignment has enabled me to apprehend my potential. It has guided me to decide on what job best fits me as per my personality and character traits.

I have learnt that I am a leader. ReferencePerugini, M., & Raad, B. (2002). Big five assessment. Seattle: Hogrefe & Huber.
