Reflection on Human Baby 2 video To belong The documentary “Baby Human 2” diverts from the normal life that we have been living as adults and pay attention to a baby’s position and view of life as they grow up. The film has been grounded on two aspects of the human baby’s way of thinking. The aspects are “to belong” and “to relate.” The “to belong” aspect expounds on the sudden change of environment that comes along with lots of attention from every person around them. Depending on the ability of the parent, whether financially or supporting, the human baby will sees a plight of life they did not realize existed.

For instance, the mother’s constant attention deprives her of any other activities such as work and going out. Gradually, the baby becomes entitled to a sense of belonging to the world since they initially get a welcoming environment, though different from the womb, but worth residing in. The film further offers a comparison with mother are who are unable to cater fully to the child’s needs and attention. The mother could be limited to financial assets or time available, perhaps due to her occupation.

The human baby becomes deviant of such a surrounding, and its interpretation of life might turn out to be negative. As a result, normal behavior such as child play seizes to come around the child’s mind. Its choices, as minute as they may appear to adults, have been regarded by the documentary highly significant for the parent, and any person whose lives it affects. To relate Parents have been discovered to be unaware of means by which they could relate to the bay’s view of practically everything.

The documentary recommends effective ways an adult, or the parent for that matter, could crawl around the house on both knees and hands, with the purpose of triggering old memories. The human baby faces plights such as being carried off by any person few years older than they are. Coping with such sensations and situations become tricky for the human baby, bearing the fact they are never aware of what is going around them. In comparison with the grown human crowd, the human baby feels minute and defenseless because of the fact that they have no mobility, and physical ability to work, or engage in any activity that requires even minimal effort.

The documentary depicts the slow and long development process the human bay undergoes from birth to maturity. In relation with adults, the human baby cannot interpret much of the sounds they perceive, not can they read or write. If an adult, or the parent, can get to relate independent nature of all the abilities they have, and a baby does not, then the human baby could comprehend the kindness and support they get from people surrounding them.Works citedThalenberg, Eileen.
