I believe that a legal stance is necessary to eliminate this potential violation of state laws. It is a potential violation because the constitutional law is not specifically succinct regarding what inducements an employer can apply to cut-down on healthcare insurance costs that the company gives to its workers. In various situations, an excessively obese person receives recognition under the law as a person with disability, and should receive protection from the disabilities act. Federal and state stipulation are notably specific regarding the criteria that qualify as discriminatory, for instance, asking job-seeking applicants to go through tests for some diseases before qualifying for the job.

Such criteria are unnecessary in the contemporary job market. Help Support the Organization I understand that I/O work is bound to expand in future and inculcate additional work, tasks and responsibilities. For instance, I/O work will enter into HR work. The augmenting demand for HR business personnel who support field operations creates opportunities for I/O personnel, who can handle most of the up-front tasks such as job and organizational analysis. In affiliations, I/O psychologists will work for HR departments more than other arrangements.

There will be significant change in roles where opportunities to facilitate training in chief executive positions, for example, HRM managers. In the future, I/O professionals will be talented workers in organizations, working in positions such as chief talent officers. There will be application of I/O to numerous work problems. I/O psychologists will work in all departments of huge companies to ensure workplace efficiency. In my opinion, technology will continue to affect I/O work. Internet testing, social networking and new products and software will come up.

Integration of technology into organizational psychology shall augment with time. Organizational systems such as succession management, employee selection and recruitment through custom software shall provide opportunities for I/O psychologists. Technological advancement shall influence how I/O professionals shall conduct research and practice. However, I/O practitioners will have to prepare for the challenge of training their clients with regard to the changing operations because of technology.

Technology shall influence training of numerous I/O psychologists through online course and create job opportunities. There will be more web instruments such as assessments, tests and quality training to enhance the profession. Streamline, automated and efficient processes will require minimal personal touch. This will create a comfortable and productive working environment for I/O psychologists. Leadership Being a school-practitioner and leadership can work parallel. A school-practitioner should function as an effective leader.

Scholar-practitioner leadership is there to nurture educational environments that effectively reflect on the key values of the society, social equality, justice, democracy and care (2006, Anderson). Forming a body for scholarly practice generated via a lens of thorough inquiry; within the context of practice, is the chief charge for educational leaders who wish to be successful
