Name Institution affiliation Date WhatdoIwant to do with my life? Introduction In life, most of the youthful days are spent with the youth being given directives of what areas of specialty they ought to peruse. These advices normally come from the closest members of the society especially the parents who feel they owe a duty to giving a direction to their children on the nature of what to perform in the future life. It is, therefore, common to find parents cross in instances when they realize that a child is deviation from the expected manner of behavior, which is thought to be geared towards the achievement of the intended goals. Moreover, to ensure that children attain the desired goals, it would equally be common to find parents dictating even the nature of peers and friends we associate with. This results from a belief that a peer determines the ultimate outcome of a personality; thus, a youth under thecontrol of a parent would oftenfind him/herself made to avoidsomecompany(Morrison, 21). Parentalguidance is an importantfactorfortheachievement of lifegoals; however, themainquestion is what is theextent to which thescope of thiscareand directive should cover? Should a person be givenautonomy in thechoice of whathe/sheintends to do with his or her life. Answers to these questions would seem to be contrary to the expectation of theeducationalsystem of thecountry. In the adopted educational system of the country, the learners are taught in a manner that they would be job seekers rather than job creators. In this regard, the education system is structured in a manner that the learner is given little opportunity to pursue areas of interest that may result to invention(Austin and Pinkleton, 221). Through the current education system, the learners thus trained to be perfect in taking the available career spaces in the job market. Because the parents and the teacher equally passed through the same system, there is a general belief that the system is the best for production of worthy individuals from the schools. Educational and career mentors equally do very little in advising us to determine our own career and life destiny, conversely, the advice is normally revolving about keeping safe with the economic situation of the country and go through a system like any other person has done. My choice of what to do with mylife. The problem of “playing safe” in relation to the economic and social situation of the society is that the whole aspect has no motivational value. In this regard, I have taken a risk to defy some of the conventional advice given to school goers and trainees of perfecting what has been in existence. The main motive of playing its ideology is a pressure to chase money rather than personal dreams. I must thus admit that I have equally been a victim of this pressure and would thus stake a decisive initiative of not bowing down to the pressure. Throughout my child hood life, I have been motivated at the prospect of making things that were not functioning to function. I often spent great duration of my time fixing some of the old implements in our household, and I could spend tome repairing an old watch which in the first place I did not understand its mode of functionality. It would takea greateffortanddedicationtrying to figure out parts of an implement of which at times would rendermyefforts to waste. Nevertheless, determination kept me going and trying with different implements and my greatest accomplishment came at a point when I achieved the goal of making an oldradio workable. From that moment onwards, I have been obsessed by the study of the early inventors, people like Michael Faraday and Thomas Edison. How these people made their projects workable have equally been my motivation and desire to put an engineering project to the field of production(Nerkar and Shane, 1155). In this regard, therefore, I regard money as a non-essential object and would rather prefer to work in a large company where there is more of an interpersonal relationship. A company of my specification would be one where the employees are given the autonomy to work for the improvement of implements and improvement of personal skills that would result to invention. Working in a firm that would allow me to be at liberty of choosing the work plan and how to improve production would thus enable me to achieve a maximum productivity since the monotonous jobs that are characterized by specialization and strict lines of duty would be avoided. Work in private or public sector. The prospect of finding such a firm that allows monotony would be difficult in a public sector, in this regard, it would be more preferable that I operate in a private sector where I would be at liberty to make may own choice of actions and implementing them as necessary.Nevertheless, this would be more attainable through an ownfirm. Mytargetthus is to develop my engineering firm fortheproduction of automated homecleaningand disinfection implement. Thisprojectcameas a result of personalanalysis of themarketsituationandthepresentmarketcharacteristicandcome to realizethat must theinvention of an automatichomecleaningimplement. My project The project would thus be specifically used for cleaning the house and the sinks. In the sink washing areas, it is common to findtheremains of food that is disgusting and unhygienic. These would easily result to infections by contaminations. The time spent in cleaning the house would at the same time be used meaningfully in performing other productive duties. After washing the utensils, the implement would collect the remains and dirt and compress them through a pressure system. Nevertheless, the project would function with the partnership of antiseptics producing companies that would provide antibiotic soaps for the functionality of the project(Nerkar and Shane, 1155). Anticipated market demand Although in the initial instance of its launch to the market, I expect the adoption rate of the project to be lower but would progressively increase. However, there all target of the project to attain its peak market demand would be in the next ten to thirty years. This would be as a result of sensitization measures the public would have received based on the importance of an antiseptic automatic home cleaner. The anticipate decrease in demand is coupled by the fact that I expect an increase in the employmentrate in the next 10 to thirty years throughout the county. Increase demploymentrate would thus ensure that people would be busy thereby in need of a device that could effectivelyand efficiently caterfor their needs in home cleaning and disinfection(Cohen, Diether, and Malloy, 2061). Because the implement is powered by electricity, an economic anticipation of the end of cheap oil would not have a great effect on the project. However, because electricity could be generated by oil in certain circumstances, an increase in oil prices would result to an increase in the prices of electricity. This would, therefore, result to a minimum increase in the cost of production as well as the cost of use. However, there would be no major decisive alteration in the project viability. Current job market for the project The current job market of the project is promising since there is little competition the project would meet in the market. The project would equally add positively to the economy since it would lead to an increased rate of employment once it reaches its production stage. The major risk that there allegation of this project faces is the starting capital. Most people, especially the parents who are the potential sponsors of the project, when told of the prospect of the project, they view the idea as a waste of time that could be used in viable activities(Cohen, Diether, and Malloy, 2061).However, with personal savings, intend to make a prototype of the project and use it to attract investors. The dream of this project has the advantage of surviving an elimination of future developments technology including other automation devices. This is because theproject is a multi-purpose idea that has both social and health benefits. On a social perspective, the project would help in saving time, while on a health perspective; it would help in the elimination of health problems that result from micro bacterial infections.
