S such, my superiors commended me for my creativity is overcoming and resolving operational challenges in the workplace. On the other hand, I agree with both the statements on my ability to evaluate situations critically, as well as offer an appropriate generalization on issues. In this regard, I have continuously participated in critical analysis of documents in report writing, which involves the application of both critical analysis and generalization of principles. Therefore, this evidences that I have the relevant skills required for this competency. They include the ability to analyze data effectively both qualitatively and quantitatively, an assertion based on my project success at the graduate level, where my capstone project supervisor commended me for my data analysis skills. Similarly, my motivation to work and deliver as well as respect for other and evaluation of varied alternatives in decision-making has been applauded. In this case, my supervisors at the Oxy Oman Company, where I work in the engineering department. On the other hand, for my skills, to apply leadership, care for people and treat them with dignity, I agreed with the statements because my service at the Alghalbi International Company, for a one year service in the Human Resource department, enabled in gain leadership skills as well as interact with employees on a daily basis while handling their issues. Thus, the one-year experience increased on my leadership skills as well a treatment of employee with dignity, as there was no ill-treatment of bias cases filed against me for the entire year. In addition, based on my gained skills such as my developed listening and speaking skills through my English course at the ELS Language Center, adoption and application of technology I agree with the possession of these skills. In this regard, the English learning course as well as the computer course where I learnt on the application of various computer applications. I increased and expanded my knowledge base, which has served as a key skills development and improvement factor. However, the common skills analysis establishes that I disagree with a number of the listed traits such as the ability to use mathematical approaches and interpretation of charts and figures as well as delivering face to face communication. In this regard, my basic accounting course are not enough for a strategic evaluation of decision-making alternative, and my basic English speaking skills are not fluent enough while speaking as when written. On one hand, the evaluation establishes that my intrinsic motivation is a crucial strength source. As such, it ensures my increased responsibility and gain trust gain with my superiors as well as ensuring the completion of tasks within required timelines regardless of the challenges. Moreover, the analysis establishes that my relationship skills provide a platform for increased cooperation and motivation in the workforce. This will be a key influential tool in enhancing the development of my leadership skills and my ability to harness and create cohesive teams in the future. Finally, an individual strength analysis establishes that I am a team player that increases my ability to learn and improve my skills and competency in the future, through relating and interacting with diverse team members. Limitations Analysis Besides an individual’s strength, there are limitations that serve as a deterring strain to individual and professional development efforts. In this regard, a personal evaluation established that among other limitations was my English language use. In this case, although I have attended English courses, My spoken language is yet to improve as compared to my written English. As such, this has been a major challenge in my active participation in meetings and discussion groups with peers and team members. Moreover, I have a limitation in my statistical skills, ability in that I lack the competency in analyzing statistical data to enhance strategic management decisions. Finally, my high sensitivity and regard for others feelings and welfare is a major limitation in that it has the potential of reducing by objectivity in decision-making. In this case, it is likely to influence my evaluation of facts with emotions. Opportunities Analysis An opportunities analysis of my skills is based on increased globalization and the rising opportunities for training and development in organizations. As such, the training opportunities will offer an improvement not only in the listed weakness in language use and fluency, but also in developing increased strengths a listed above. In this regard, the on the job training opportunities for mentoring and apprenticeship availed by my current employer serve as a milestone in improving my skills in the future. Threats Analysis Besides the development and improvement opportunities, my improvement and development of relevant traits is faced with external threats such as technology changes. In this regard, the radical, disruptive technology changes in the market are increasingly changing the technology skills the relevance. As such, the changes are likely to create a redundancy on my current computer and technology skills, thus reducing my strengths in the future. Objectives Area What I am going to do. My basic skills play a crucial support role in perfecting technology skills competency. In this case, the skills support the online based skills development approach. The course encourages the use of groups and teams. This provides opportunities for my registering in different and diverse teams. Team acceptance limitations. Not all available teams would be willing to offer me a membership opportunity, thus reducing my overall participation opportunities. Technology developments are facilitating the development of not only real, but also virtual teams. Team norming challenges where regulations in such teams could reduce my active participation opportunities.
