Constant training, acquaintance with the new technologies and vessels, discussing the ways how to deal with extraordinary cases (icing, turbulence, strong wind, obstacles), attending aviation safety programs contribute to mastering the skills of a professional pilot, and raising the level of any flight's safety. There are a lot of "safety publications" and training, designed for pilots, which suggest practical tips and useful recommendations of how to overcome difficulties during a flight. They deal with wing contamination issues, obstacle avoidance, surface travel, misfueling, problems with electricity and loss of pressure during flights, disorientation, etc.

(Safety Briefs). Besides, there is a significant number of training, which deal with the physical state of a pilot and teach him how to overcome fatigue, stress, night vision problems. Psychological help is important for increasing flights' safety level, as the pilot's mood, self-discipline, and ability to cope with stress influence his performance. To be up to date with the current safety practices and technologies, a pilot has to spend his time reading the publications, which deal with safety issues, attend the training, which helps to improve his skills and abilities.

This will help to raise the safety of the flight, for which a pilot is responsible, and thus the safety of all the passengers, flight attendants, and his own life.
