However, staying further would only result in carrying out monotonous and clerical work which shall not contribute much to my portfolio of skills and knowledge. Two-year goal – I have set a target of growing rapidly to become a Human Resource Manager in a period of 2 years from now. I shall find an organization where I can grow and develop my learning curve.
