Advocacy is a scheme to regulate policymakers when they create laws and regulations, circulate resources, and make other decisions that impact peoples' lives. The main aims of advocacy are to produce policies, regenerate policies, and assure policies are implemented. There are various kinds of advocacy strategies, such as discoursing problems directly with policy creators, extraditing messages through the media, or fortifying the capability of local institutions to advocate (May 1992). Should public viewpoint act a role in foreign policy?

Democracy asks that citizens' opinions act some role in shaping policy results, comprising of foreign policy. Yet, although the literary study on public opinion and foreign policy has made huge progress in the latest decades, scholars have reached no agreement referring to what the public thinks with respect to foreign policy; how it comes to accommodate those opinions; or whether those opinions act upon foreign policy. We advise a framework, based on the idea of market balance, aspired at synthesizing the different research programs that establish the literature on the public point of view and foreign policy (Matthew Baum, 2008).
