This body ensures the statewide oversight of CHIP, Family Services, Food Stamps (SNAP) and Medicaid Program in Texas (Lauderdale, 138). All these programs emphasize and promote continuity care and ensure each community receives measurable results that improve the clientele’s wellbeing.

These programs should be administered directly by the federal government for they require enormous funding.
