Republican Presidency Vote Many aspirants are gearing towards clinching the Republican presidential candidate positions. Around ten aspirants have declared their intentions to run for the top job in country. Convincing the voters and clinching the ticket for top seat is not an easy task. Some figures running for the top seat are renowned personalities in the society. Candidates such as Sara Palin, Jeb Bush, Newt Gingrich, and Rudy Giuliani among others are preparing themselves to convince the republicans to vote them for the top seat. As a republican, I am influenced by the nature of events in the nation. I know that the choice of republican candidate would dictate the next president of United States because President Obama has not delivered what I expected him to deliver to the United States. I have been evaluating the names of the presidential aspirants on the republican ticket. I am convinced that the choice that the republicans would make would change the political landscape of the nation. It is upon us, the republicans to evaluate the presidential candidates and give to the nation the best who will beat the incumbent President Obama. I believe foreign policy has an influence on the republican presidential candidate. Notable candidates that have good foreign policies are Gingrich and Huntsman. I have read about these two aspirants in articles and I was convinced that they have the best policies for United States. Foreign policy has affected the economy of the United States of America. These foreign policies have affected the lives of my family members and many other Americans. The involvement of America in Iraq has led to lose of millions of dollars in the name of rebuilding the war torn country. I believe that a republican candidate that has the best foreign policies would convince me and other republicans to cast a vote for him. A candidate like Newt Gingrich has a lot of knowledge in politics and I believe he makes the best candidate for the republican 2012 presidential candidate. The profile of Gingrich would convince every American to vote for him. Gingrich has served as university professor at University of West Georgia,a speaker in the House of Representatives and an author of several political articles (What’s New). I believe that a presidential candidate for the Republican Party must have adequate experience in the national affairs as well as international issues. It is not right for the republican to elect a candidate that is inexperienced in political issues. This might lead to a repeat of problems that Americans are facing. I believe that I have a duty of electing the best candidate for the republican presidential seat. Gingrich has made some of the best judgments during his tenure as a speaker. I feel that he has the same potentiality to lead the republicans against capturing the presidential seat. Something that I wish to remind the republicans is that the democrats got the presidential seat because of the policies that their presidential candidate presented. Americans are concerned with issues that affect their lives. A sound foreign policy would restore the glory of Americans. Gingrich has the best foreign policies to offer for United States of America. Foreign policies would dictate the growth that American would record following the recession that has affected our economy. Foreign lending is a great issue that America has to deal with. Issues about the American economy have affected each of us in one way or the other. Many Americans are gripping in poverty because of poor economic policies that have failed to offer good services to the nation. I am convinced that when republican candidate presents a sound policy to the people, republicans may clinch the presidential post in the 2012 general election. The policies of Jon Huntsman make him another notable candidate that I feel I would prefer over Gingrich. Huntsman served in Utah as a governor and in the people’s republic of China as ambassador. I am convinced that the contribution of Huntsman in the society is enough evident to prefer him after Gingrich. Huntsman’s work during his tenure as a governor in Utah is undisputable. He delivered to the needs of people of Utah and I feel that a candidate for the republican top seat must be a person who can deliver to the society. American people prefer candidates who have sound policies and element of delivering their policies to the people. Argument about taking military action against Iran is a major factor that would influence the voters. Huntsman has presented one of most convincing policies on Iran, among the presidential aspirants in the republican ticket (Williams). Other candidates vying for the republican presidential tickets have not convinced me that they could deliver. Their foreign policies do not seem to solve some of the problems that America is currently facing. Policies would direct and dictate the future of America. I am convinced that republicans have the ball in their yard. A wise decision that I make today, as a republican would lead to the success of republican presidential candidate. In conclusion, l think republicans should evaluate the policies of Gingrich and Huntsman in order to choose one of them for the 2012 Republican presidential candidate.
