Download file to see previous pages As disclosed, the cause of the inclusion as of current times had been the changes in alignment between the Earth and the Sun, causing the constellations’ positions to move. In another report by the same author, it was reported that Ophiuchus, as potentially 13th constellation has been known to astronomers as early as the 130 B.C. (Praetorius, New Zodiac Sign Dates: Ophiuchus The 13th Sign?). Apparently, the reason for the confusion of not adding it sooner was the disparities between the Eastern and Western astrology. As revealed, “most of us are familiar with tropical zodiac (Western), based on the seasons, which has not changed, though sidereal zodiac (Eastern), based on constellations, has different signs including a 13th” (Praetorius, New Zodiac Sign Dates: Ophiuchus The 13th Sign? par. 8).
Discuss how you would likely feel if the 13 constellations of the zodiac were adopted by the Astrological community. Personally, one would simply adhere if the Astrological community adopts Ophiuchus as the 13th constellation. It is merely a matter of adjustment and people, especially future generations, would easily conform, as required.
