Aristotle started a concept and a belief that values self-gratification in relation to conduct. He regards values and morals with high importance in living a good life. This shows how he believed in the importance of the self in one’s life. If we are able to make ourselves happy, through good deeds and without discarding values and morals, without stepping on someone else’s happiness then we will be able to reach the ultimate level in our life. With this, he can be regarded as very passionate about the concept of the self and ethics.

Aristotle made different categories and sub-categories of the concepts that he teaches. This shows organization and details on how is able to differentiate and group similar descriptions and meanings for each of his concepts. For example, he developed three types of friendship. And he gave precise descriptions of each category. The development of Aristotle’s theories and concepts shows us his intelligence and his value for knowledge, life, and ethics. Even his works about politics or science show values and morals, and how he brings everything into the achievement of what he believes the highest level of life, which is happiness.
