Is it legal to download music for free? Introduction The internet has come in handy to help people download any music oftheir choice for free. However, this free music is not always legal. If an individual is honest enough to pay for the tunes to support their artists and the individuals who distribute the music, then free download is not the best option. There are various copyright issues that are infringed on by free download of music. Various papers that deal with this issue head on will be used to elaborate on the issue.
