In this essay, I will examine and asses the Genealogy of morality identifying the major themes the author depicts and his critiques on Thomas Hobbes. There is dissatisfaction in explaining the meaning of morality because according to what has been explained to us morality is that morality is what is right or wrong.

However, according to Nietzsche two groups of people explain morality as they see it (Risse 50). In that, the reach think that having money that makes them happy is good and when a person lacks it is bad. On the hand, the poor are of the view that when a person lacks and they do not take from other they are good and the rich are evil as they take from those who do not have. Therefore, there is no clear explanation as to the origin of morality this is because some theories indicate that when people benefit from the unegoistic actions of other people they identify those actions as good.
