Also this job provided quick solutions to end users in a very timely manner. The network users experienced a swift ride within the company for as long as I was the Help Desk Analyst at En Pointe Technologies. In my capacity as a Help Desk Analyst for the company, I offered advice and relevant suggestions as far as upgrades are concerned. These upgrades were both in the form of hardware and software changes and modifications. I accounted for review on different software and hardware as well. The IT hardware and software were meshed along properly so that all the branches of the company which were spread all across the United States worked in unison.

After working as Help Desk Analyst I was promoted to the rank of a Systems Analyst in the same company. This post offered me more challenges than the previous one and it required my skills and abilities to be tested in a better and more effective manner. I did my best at capturing a big project for En Pointe Technologies and this was one thing that reaped rich dividends as far as the standing of the company is concerned, both in the short term as well as in the long run. Financially this project helped the company gain a better standing as far as the industry's different units are concerned.

This project basically entailed providing quick technical support to the clients and thus made sure that there were no problems at the client side when it came to providing fast and timely service. Therefore, I can rightly state that the job of Systems Analyst helped me harness my skills in a better and more effective manner than the one which focused more on the Help Desk end. I would like to state here that I aspire to achieve a better future by getting admission in your reputable institution as I believe that my abilities and skills would be further polished after I get the said admission.

I am really looking forward to a positive response from the university's side so that it could help and facilitate me in pursuing the field of Information Technology in the most effective manner possible. In the end, I would like to thank the concerned authority which is involved with my admission process. Word Count:
