In my view all these five articles are revolving around one topic i.e. brain. The problems of brain, the s of mind, the processes taking placein our brain, the solutions to the problems, the changes human brain can bring in one’s life and how the activities of brain should be treated so as to make the most out of a person’s mental capacity. Primarily I would like to put emphasize on “How a person’s mind goes into a state it was not meant to go? And the answer to this question is not limited to one particular cause because there are number of reasons which lead to mental illness.

Mental illness is emotional, neurological, functional and psychological annoyance suffered by human which does not let him perform any of his works properly, whether it be personal or professional. To cater these mental issues many psychological clinics are found, in which special psychiatrists are there to help people come out of the mental issues using some special therapies and their own intelligence. However it is recommended by the author Lightner Witmer in his article that these psychiatrists should be given special trainings on psychology before dealing with the people who are going through a tough time especially in education.

The psychological clinics were particularly built for the children who were suffering from mental problems which became hindrances in their educational careers but then they also proved to be prolific for the adults confronting the same situation. Moreover clinical psychology can also be pursued as a career, as teaching, research conducting and managing community programs. One of the processes used by psychiatrists to treat the patients of mental illness is might introspection. Introspection is a way through which a person can learn about his own ongoing mental activities, thoughts, beliefs and judgements.

It helps people to find out the problem existing in their mind and then strive for the solution. However researchers sometimes disagree on the accurateness of introspective judgements, either in broad or in narrow realms, by tempting to cases in which they think that most of the people go wrong about the truth of their own experiences because there appears a huge inconsistency when they are brought upon. Another method which plays an important role in tackling the problems of human mind is Psychoanalysis.

Psychoanalysis deals with inspirations, activities, growth and experiences faced by human nature. Psychoanalysis is used as a treatment for those who confront some psychological problems and bear intricacies in living a peaceful and successful life. This treatment is based on the aspects observed by individuals, which determine their sentiments and behavior. Because these aspects are unconscious and they cannot be unveiled, even by the guidance of family, friends and other resources. Psychoanalysis treatment identifies there aspects and finds out how they are affecting the emotions, behavior and relations of an individual.

It then traces the history of these aspects and how they have grown over time, and helps individual to muddle through these difficulties to live the life in a better way. Finally the client-centered approach, a phenomenon in which one recognizes the attitudes and redirection of activities possess huge importance for him. This approach has three main distinct elements. First one is The Predictable Process of Client-Centered Therapy, which has the main character of predictability of therapeutic process.

In this both statistical and clinical patterns of development occur. Second main element is The Discovery of The Capacity of The Client, during this process psychiatrists try to find out the characteristics, strengths, abilities, weaknesses and many other aspects of an individual’s life. Third one is The Client-Centered Nature of The Therapeutic Relationship which focuses on the relationship between the client and the counselor. If the counselor can build a relationship of affection and understanding, then no matter how suspicious or distrustful the client is, he will eventually start trusting the counselor and let him treat himself properly and without any hesitation.
