Extract of sample "Perspective of Business Management"

After researching extensively on management-related issues, I learned that research plays a significant role and gives in a major contribution to acquiring foundation knowledge and updated information. Through my analytical understanding, I came to conclude that the element of knowledge can be only created if we perform a task that results in value addition. While the learning that we obtain in our class is called experience. The process of creating knowledge, and gaining experiences have already begun altering my life and making it useful for further experiences.

It was all in the course of my active role-playing in the rigorous process of my learning that I started to determine and discover my position in the company. I began to investigate and figure out as to how and in what ways it is possible to learn from the experiences of other people around us. Not only this, but I also got to gain knowledge about establishing correct practices, wider horizons, broad viewpoints, and gaining extraordinary skills to make my way towards building up the leading capabilities in my personality.

Tackling problems of learning and understanding ourselves is one big challenge that is most likely to involve discrimination and biases when performing self-analysis and self-appraisal. However, by overcoming these challenges, I started to perform self-appraisal regarding my learning experiences and abilities. Then, I countered the problems from various perspectives and associated them with the elements such as communication, culture, turnover, lack of leadership, and other related factors. After learning so much from my learning and experience, now I think that finally, I am capable of associating science with practice relevance to arrive at some results. The application of the theoretically learned concepts has enabled me to achieve the results through hypothesis and experimentation.

Thus, learning and experiencing play a vital role in the experience of scientific and management concepts. I have finally become able to establish analytical thinking and broader perspectives on my learning concepts; this has also resulted in my good learning ability and extensive concept-building aspects. Therefore, I can conclude that good learning and the availability of comprehensive resources can result in a good learning output.
