All members of the team agreed on the most fundamental point that the selected site should have maximum business potential otherwise no sensible promoter will ever risk their funds in a private venture. While doing a strength and weakness analysis of each site by group members following points emerged for each site.

The group members agreed after deliberations on the following main criteria/objectives of the hospital project that must be fulfilled while selecting the site and they are listed as the following.
Group unanimously reached the decision that these two are the main objectives that must be fulfilled.
Site C was rejected after taking into account mentioned objectives of the project as it is likely to pose day-to-day operational problems (objective 2). Moreover, it is not likely to give an expected rate of return (objective 1) because inhabitants do not have sufficient disposable income. Site A has not had sufficient business potential that goes contrary to the first objective listed above. Also, the nonavailability of professionals is likely to pose great operational issues.
All the group members agreed that selected criteria/objectives can best be fulfilled at site B.
Business potential, skilled workforce, and availability of land are the most favorable points for the project at site B.
However, site B has its own external issues that need to be sorted out for the successful implementation of the project. The site is a natural habitat of Great Crested Newts in some of the ponds and wetlands. Three out of four members have the view that Humans and wildlife can coexist and grow as a win-win situation. One member was of the view that wildlife should be rehabilitated somewhere else. However, the majority of members had the clear opinion that it will be vehemently opposed by all concerned groups and the project could be in jeopardy. This member’s viewpoint was overruled by the majority vote stating that wildlife is allowed to flourish at the existing site; the big natural ponds comprising Great Crested Newts be preserved.
On a lot of deliberations, available alternatives for sorting out the issue emerged as per the following; they all can be employed simultaneously with an effective campaign.
