If you were one of the people given the job of designing a "conception of Justice" for a society in which you would choose to live, what would you expect of that society in terms of fairness and justice? Can you possibly construct an ideal society without factoring in your own special circumstances, such as your gender, race, ethnicity, social status, level of privilege, of level of education? Rawls wants to factor those issues out of the process. Can you do that? Can anyone? If not, can any system of justice be fair?
Given the rare privilege of designing a “conception of justice”, I would profess to weave a justice system that keeps constant recognition of inalienable rights and the utilitarian philosophy of sustaining the majority with the highest advantage. Even though at first it may seem unimaginable or that it would necessarily take ample degree of unpleasant undertaking, the possibility of materializing a utopian society without regard to the impact it bears upon personal concerns proceeds to emerge in the long run since there comes a point when it is inevitable for people to converge at a common end or goal.

By allowing economic progress and further steps with globalization, high probability of fulfilling personal interests while maintaining and holding equivalent respect for those of others may be readily forecasted.
This way, it is easier to project and realize that under such condition, ideal society can exist with a less severe form of justice aligned with the advocacies of J. Rawls.
