The board issued me a verbal reprimand for my actions. Consequently, I received a transfer from the nursing home to my current workplace. It provides a clear-cut alternative to the professional handling of my situation. Alternatively, I had the mandate to undergo a mental evaluation test to ascertain my mental stability for work. A close examination of the various alternatives shows that my stay in this hospital is not a guarantee as some of the staff feel I took matters too personally (Uustal 1993).

Categorically, the transfer to another health institution seems to be the best solution that is available now. However, the board of governors and the nurse union still prioritized the mental health evaluation as the first thing before the facilitation of any job relocation. I finally did the test and developed an action plan that detailed the comprehensive psychological analysis and subsequent declaration to comply with any further demands.
