The Job Description for the team will involve the following: a) One person for the development of a website with additional features like Ecommerce. This website will be used to take orders online, and the orders can either gets home delivered or can be ready for a pick up of the order. The qualification needed for this good development knowledge and the relevant qualifications for the development of websites. b) Another person for the development of the design and overall look of the website.
This person will need to ensure that the site is user friendly, looks great and is attractive for the customers to make the orders. This individual will need to have a good knowledge of photo shop and other designing software and the ability to develop a design for this nature of business. c) Another person for the constant development and improvement of the website and constantly adding newer content to the website. This will help keeping the website fresh and new, unlike presently, where the website has been outdated and was prepared back in 2007.
This person would need to have knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation and also the knowledge of keeping the website fresh. Another very essential knowledge needed here is the knowledge of ad words and marketing techniques as well. d) The last person will be needed to take in the orders and send them to the processing team to get the orders packed and ready for dispatch. Also this person will be responsible to ensure that the backend processes are completed and all orders are processed and the inventory management systems are in place.
