In this project we are going to arrange a trade show that will promote the new organizational products. This project will involve the marking of new products. Here we main aim have regarding the attracting new dealer and market investors for the new products business. Another definition of team, a team is collection of few people with complimentary expertise who are dedicated to an established purpose, objectives, and approach for which they work jointly responsible (Prelude Consulting Ltd, 2008).

The initial most important phase in the planning course of action after defining the project requirements is the development of the work breakdown structure. A WBS is a product oriented family tree part of the hardware, services, and data necessary to build the end result (Kerzner, 2006). The WBS is planned in agreement with the technique the activities will be carried out and imitates the approach in which project costs and data will be examined and finally presented. Development of the WBS also reflects on other areas that involve systemized data, for instance scheduling, configuration management, contract funding, and technical performance parameters (Kerzner, 2006).
