For this purpose I will use WBS, OBS and CPA. So in this project planning report I am going to present the detailed project life cycle and execution scenario. This section provides the discussion on time needed for the overall project sub tasks. I will assign the appropriate time to each activity. Here my basic aim is to assign the time according to demand of the task. This section is about the sequence of activities, means the sequence in which these activities will be performed. I have priorities these activities according to their nature of work.

I have placed the activity before that needed to be carried out first. Like we can not do plumbing task until the overall structure is not in existence. Network Structure of the project provides valuable information about the project execution structure. I have developed the Network Structure of this project according to sequence of activities that I have mentioned above. Shortest time for the execution of this project is not possible from my point of view because there is only one month for the completion of this project.
