We are going to implement an automated system that will call AtoB Taxi Booking System. It will help AtoB Taxi service controllers to efficiently book and dispatch a fleet of radio-controlled taxis in response to customer calls.

Customers would be individuals and organizations. Customers may call to request immediate taxi service or pre-book jobs (taxi to be made available at some time in the future for a particular journey, when the system should automatically dispatch the taxi at the required time without any involvement of the human controller).1 Customers have to pay in advance either by debiting their existing account with the AtoB or by a credit card.
