The leaders should engage in an open-door discussion with the employer on a daily basis. In addition, a good leader should have a positive attitude. As a leader, it is his responsibility to keep the team motivated so as to ensure the success of the company, by making sure the moral of the employees stay high. Employees feel happy and whey they are appreciated and when they are made to feel that they are part of the company. Providing sacks to employees, for example, or giving awards to the most competent employees, can motivate the employees and increase performance (Rehman, 2012).

A good leader should have the ability to delegate. Delegation involves learning to trust your team with the company’s vision. A leader who learns to trust his employees’ devotion to achieve the company’s goals is a sign of strength, and not a weakness. A good leader is able to Delegate tasks within various departments by identifying the strengths of his employees such as finding what each employee loves doing most. As a result, this establishes trust and encourages the team leader to focus on higher tasks.

I have observed that leaders who tell the truth to their employees are one of the most important behavioural traits that make great leaders. Truthfulness creates trust among the workers and which, in turn, makes them nurture other employees towards the achievement of the company’s goals. Participative Leaders have greatly influenced the employee’s commitment and achievement of the organization’s goals. It involves other employees when making decisions, though the final decisions are made by the leaders.

As a result, it motivates the employees and creates job satisfaction (Rehman, 2012).
