this aspect help because I understand how to deal with the nurse to ensure that the cosmetic injectables meet the TGA requirement.  TGA is a government division in Australia that monitors and assesses therapeutic goods to ensure they meet acceptable standards. TGA also ensures that Australian people have therapeutic goods within a reasonable time (Medicine Australia, 2013).

The application of this aspect has enabled me to understand the government requirements for selling and buying injectables to the public. TGA aspect is important to all pharmaceutical sales representatives in Australia because those who do not respect may collide with the Australian medical laws. It is important for nurses selling injectables to carry out business concerning the country's law, and this aspect enables me to make sure that the nurses comply with the regulatory requirements (Medicine Australia, 2014).

As an inside sales representative, the aspect influences and changes my professional activities in a big way. In performing the plastic surgeon task, I have to make sure that the materials used meet the standards required by the TGA. Products that do not meet the equipment of TGA are not allowed to be used or sold in Australia. All the goods intended or aimed to be supplied in Australia are assessed and approved by TGA. For the approval, I have to make sure that cosmetic injectables sold by nurses meet the requirements to get approved and avoid loss (Forrester, Hattingh, and Low, 2009). TGA audits and assesses the quality of cosmetic injectables to license the manufacturers concerning the international standards of the manufacturing practice. In performing the calling over the phone for the nurses selling cosmetic injectables I have to make sure that cosmetic injectables comply with the standards set by ATG. For Allergan to carry out business smoothly, I have to ensure that the nurses selling cosmetic injectables which meet the TGA requirement to avoid loss after disapproval (Medicine Australia, 2014).

This aspect has influenced and changed my activities because while plastic surgeons I have to ensure that the materials used in surgeons comply with the TGA requirements. It is my responsibility to ensure that the product supplied for plastic surgeons meets the required Australian standards (Medicine Australia, 2014).
